The opportunity
Bamboo Exchange is growing beyond our current market. We are entering the crypto space and scaling internationally, and we are looking for a marketing partner to build this with us — not just an employee, but someone who can grow into a leadership role alongside the founder.
This is a partnership-minded role. Compensation and reward structure will be discussed directly with the right candidate based on experience, reach, and what you bring to the table.

- Crypto-native — you understand the culture, communities, and how crypto products actually grow.
- Marketer at heart — campaigns, positioning, content, partnerships, and turning attention into users.
- Well connected — you have a real network in crypto, trading, fintech, or adjacent communities.
- Team builder — you can recruit, lead, and scale a marketing or community team as we expand.
- International mindset — comfortable working across regions, languages, and time zones.
What you will do
- Shape our go-to-market as we move into crypto and new countries.
- Build and run marketing campaigns across social, communities, and partnerships.
- Leverage your network to open doors — influencers, groups, exchanges, and media.
- Help assemble and lead a team as traction grows.
- Work closely with leadership on strategy, messaging, and growth experiments.
